Our tendency to equate behaviour with movement keeps us from appreciating the vitality and sensitivity of plants with different temporal rhythms. This is a moving image installation presenting the similarities and differences between humans and plants in terms of skin morphology and temporal rhythm. The aim is for people to find our 'plant heritage’ to mediate our perception of plant life.
人类意识里总是把行为等同于运动的倾向，让我们无法欣赏有着不同时间节奏的植物的活力和敏感性。这是一个由两部分组成的动态影像装置，呈现了人类和植物看似迥然不同也存在相似点，是根系生物两者间的重新连接。进而去讨论我们意识里被禁锢于时钟指针或数字测量下的对时间周期、物质流动的忽视。
